In modern Ukraine, women who pay taxes, support the army, and work openly in adult content creation still face criminal cases, raids, and threats. Why? Because of Article 301 — a Soviet-era law being used to prosecute people not for crimes, but for their profession.
Under this law, even private messages between consenting adults can lead to investigations. Instead of protecting children or fighting violence, authorities conduct “sting operations” and hint at “resolving cases for a price.” That’s not justice — it’s exploitation.
Svitlana Dvornikova, a successful Ukrainian OnlyFans model and taxpayer, has launched Petition №22/248984-еп, asking support for Bill №12191, which aims to:
• Decriminalize adult content between consenting adults,
• Focus law enforcement on real crimes — exploitation, child abuse, violence,
• End selective prosecutions based on outdated morality laws.
📊 In 2023:
• 1,943 cases opened under Article 301 — most with no victims.
• Ukrainian creators declared ₴305.4 million in income, paying ₴59 million in taxes.
Svitlana alone contributed ₴40 million to the state budget in five years. That’s the cost of hundreds of drones — and instead, she faces criminal charges.

This isn’t about explicit content — it’s about human rights. About fighting corruption, respecting personal freedom, and ending persecution of law-abiding citizens.
